Wegmans Vegetarian Entree Tasting Event

- Vegetarian Lasagna - Layered vegetarian bolognese, vegetable ragu, cheese and lasagna sheets.
Topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Roasted Tomato Arancini - Sautéed vegetables, rice, ricotta cheese and seasonings, stuffed with
ciliegine then breaded with egg, flour and panko bread crumbs.
- Black Bean Enchilada - Black beans, onions, peppers and mozzarella cheese. Topped with vegetarian
enchilada Sauce and pepperjack cheese.
- Chickenless Florentine - Seared Gardein chicken with baby spinach, roasted tomatoes and ricotta
cheese. Served with Vegetable Tomato Sauce.
- Chickenless Marsala (Vegan) - Pan-seared Gardein chicken served with vegan marsala Sauce.
Topped with parsley.
- Bruschetta Stuffed Portobello - Portobello mushrooms stuffed with tomato bruschetta and seasoned
tomato sauce. Topped with mozzarella cheese.
- Pesto Crusted Tofu (Vegan) - Seasoned and baked tofu coated with a Panko and pine nut mixture,
with Tomato Bruschetta and Vegetable Tomato Sauce.
- Vegetable Chopsteak (Vegan) - Sautéed vegetables, Gardein Beef, oatmeal, Seasoned Tomato Sauce
and seasonings. Topped with our Vegan Gravy.
