The Vegetarian Society of South Jersey has teamed up with Wholefoods Market in Marlton, NJ for meatless Mondays. On Monday June 27th participants got to sample meat alternatives for the 4th of July -compliments of Wholefoods. Janet Erickson, President of VSSJ presented an informative talk on the benefits of a vegetarian diet (other than health). Participants received lots of great handouts to read at home and a lot to think about concerning their food choices. Below is info on upcoming workshops.
