Christina MartinChristina has worked in Philly restaurants including Vedge restaurant, currently is a chef instructor at JNA Institute of Culinary Arts and teaches community education cooking classes at Atlantic Cape Academy of Culinary Arts.  She is also on the Chefs Council for AtlantiCare Growing Green program and has her own business, Cooking to Nourish, that teaches people how to lead a healtjy lifestyle through a plant based vegan diet. She is on the radio every Saturday morning as part of the 2Chicks and a Chef radio program on SNJ radio 1240am, 99.9fm. Christina was featured on the cover of Independent Restaurateur magazine and was named one of the top 10 Instagramers to follow in Philly for healthy food by Philadelphia Magazine.  She has a business degree from Rowan University and a culinary degree from Atlantic Cape Academy of Culinary Arts.  She is an advocate for plant-based healthy vegan food and green living and promotes local, organic, gmo-free, and seasonal ingredients.
